How long does it take to set up the guestbook?

If you have all of the information available such as the link to your Airbnb or STR listing, existing check-in/check-out notes and a picture you should be able to create your digital concierge in 10 to 15 minutes. The AI agent will help to write and format your property information, and also compile all of the information on restaurants, attractions, and services that would take you a long time to gather. Once I’ve created the guestbook, can I update it regularly?

Of course! You can make any changes via the Host Dashboard and update the guestbook any time you would like to make a change.

I can see that you use AI to compile a lot of the information. Do I get an opportunity to review this before it is published?

Yes, once the AI has generated its information during the onboarding process, you have the opportunity to review the content thoroughly before you publish it. You are the one who knows most about your property and the local area and it’s possible that some details such as your favorite restaurant might be missed. You have the opportunity to add or change anything when you need to.

How do I share my guestbook with my guests?

In the first instance you can send the link to the guest the same way you would share your check-in details. We also recommend that you create a unique QR code for your guestbook to display at your property. That way all of the people staying in the property have access to the information, in case the primary contact forgets to share it. If you are worried about creating a QR code, we have that covered as well. After you create your guestbook you will have an option to download your unique QR code that you can print and display at your property.

How do I create a QR code to share with my guests?

We have made that easy for you! After you create a property via the Host Dashboard, you will have an opportunity to download your unique QR code for your property’s Digital Concierge. Even if you change the information in the concierge regularly, your QR code will stay the same.

Do my guests need to download an app from an App store?

No. The Ezyguest Digital Concierge is a web app, so all your guests need to do is scan the QR code or click on the link in their browser.

Does the AI get it right every time?

Good question! As no-one knows your property and your local area as well as you do, we recommend that you check the details provided by the AI agent. The information that it populates relating to local restaurants and attractions is built from locally available information. In some areas it is more accurate than others. While you may have to spend some time reviewing and updating details such as restaurant URLs, the agent saves you a lot of time compared to a manual process. And once your Digital Concierge is up and running you rarely have to touch this information.

Will it work on my tablet?

Yes the guestbook is optimized for display on mobile, tablet or laptop.

Why is this better than a PDF or Guestbook Template?

For anyone who has put a guestbook together manually, you will realize that there is quite a lot of effort involved in compiling the information, formatting it and keeping it up to date. The EzyGuest Concierge minimizes the effort of collating information and formatting it so that it can be read easily on a smart phone. With some basic information from you about your property, our AI agent can create your Concierge quickly, and as it is a web app, it is instantly updatable when details change.

As a host, how do I access the Host Dashboard?

You can click on the link to the Host Dashboard from the menu in the top right hand corner. You will need to log into it using the same email and password you used to register. Guests without the login credentials can’t access the dashboard, but they can see the other public information.

Is there different pricing if I have more than one property?

Yes, we have structured our pricing in tiers of 1-2 properties, 2-10 properties, and 10-100 properties. If you have a larger suite in mind please contact us directly as we can discuss opportunities such as white labeling and a site license.
