Fast and Easy Onboarding
With the assistance of an AI agent, the good news is that you can have your digital guestbook online quickly. If you have all the information on hand you can be up and running with a comprehensive guide in as little as 15 minutes. To get started you will need:
- An image of your property to use as the ‘hero’ image for the guestbook.
- Your Airbnb or STR listing link.
- Any existing check-in or check-out instructions that you currently use. If you don’t have them handy that’s fine as the AI assistant will help you create them quickly.
The AI will prompt you for what you need. You just need to type in a few key points and the AI will write the content for you in a guest-friendly style and tone of voice.
With one click, the AI will find and populate your guestbook with details of local restaurants, attractions and local services for you based on your local area and address location.

Unlike printed documentation you can update the content instantly via the host dashboard. Guests always see the latest version, even if you update it mid-stay.
The QR code and link remains the same. A good practice is to update the Frequently Asked Questions every time you get a unique question from a guest. That way it’s there for the next time a guest needs it, and the AI messaging assistant will always find it.
